Blog 8 - Workshopping...

I will try not to sound like a broken recorded here. I have many of the same positive views as other students on the workshopping process. I agree, when I saw that I had to read over 3 essays this week and comment on them, on top of all the reading and other homework assignments I had to complete I groaned... a lot. However, in reading 3 very different works of writing I felt more confident in my own papers. With having to write all my essays in such a short amount of time, my biggest worry has been whether or not I have been writing them "properly." In trying to understand concepts and organize my ideas correctly, I have feared I might be on the wrong path. I enjoyed reading my peers work more so than the sampple eassys because I could relate to them more. Some were rougher than others and I saw many of my own mistakes through this process. I am very anxious now to have one of my own papers workshopped :)
